Deep Breathing - Easy Does It

Go to any exercise class - whether it's yoga, stretching, Pilates or tai-chi - and listen to the instructor. Count the number of times she says "breathe deeply." As she shows the students how to do deep breathing, you can almost see her lungs go up and down in rhythmic fashion.
