1) Change your diet
This is perhaps the most neglected area in treating body odor. The only real long-term treatment will come from good hygiene, internal cleansing, elimination and proper diet. More fruits and vegetable, less meat and dairy products. This way you will fight the cause rather than choosing products that ignore the cause and could do you more harm than good.

2) Quiet the diet
Certain foods will give you more sweat e.g. chili, red hot pepper. Aroma of certain pungent foods could also be carried in your sweat e.g. onion and beer. Cut out those foods.

3) Keep your body clean
Epsom salt bath, alternate cold and hot showers daily would be useful for body odor. It will improve blood circulation and reduce congestion in the body.
