Stop Smoking

Exercise Regularly

In fact several studies have shown that people on this diet have less death from heart attack or cancer. Even if you can't change your diet to a Mediterranean ones, just increase you vegetables intake. Food from plants contains no cholesterol and is low in fats. Try fresh raw mixed salad that includes seed sprouts. Or try recipes that include beans, tofu or fresh fruits.

Water Therapy
To stimulate circulation, try alternative hot-cold shower. One word of caution: Do it gradually to prevent sudden shock that the heart may not be able to stand. This is how you should do it. Take an alternate hot, then lukewarm shower, alternating them every 2-3 minutes. Slowly over the next 2-6 months increase the difference in temperature from hot/cool to hot/ice. If you're unsure about the technique, ask your doctor.
