When to see chiropractor?

Self-treatment may help in treating your back problems. If you have tried the cold and heat therapy to no avail or the pain is so intense, seeing a doctor or a chiropractor is a good idea.

You would also like to make an appointment with the experts if the back pains appear to be: -

- Causing weakness, numbness or tingling sensation in your legs

- Causing bladder problem

- A result of fall, accident or blow to the back

- Constant and intense, especially at night

- Accompanied by unexplained loss of weight

- or, if you are 50 or older and have other health problems
