You have read the healthy eating habit, now you will learn what to avoid. I admit that knowing how to eat effectively is not really sufficient. So I have restricted myself to eating kosher based meat, maximum of one serving per week, and hardly drink milk. Am I not afraid of osteoporosis or arthritis? I do! - that's why I don't drink that much milk.
Healthy Eating Tip Two - Avoid or Reduce Fast Food/ Processed Food Okay, this is your second healthy eating tip. Reduce or eliminate fast food or it's siblings (processed food). Yes, I agree we sometimes do not have the time or the talent to cook, and those foods in the can could help us. What I am proposing here is to try to reduce the amount, bit by bit, take it easy, slowly. If you are serious about health, you must learn to ignore marketing ploy. Most processed food nowadays, no matter how "healthy" they seemed, can be very harmful to our body.
Healthy Eating Tip Three - Avoid unnecessary pills Do you know that it is estimated that we take more than 25 million pills every hour? Do you also know that it is also estimated that 1 out of 3 disease that people suffer from today is as a result of the pills and medication that they take? That's a very worrying figure isn't it? If you have stomach trouble, try to eat properly and sensibly ( I have showed you how to do it in the healthy eating habit ) before you reach for the antacids. If you have problem sleeping, try to learn deep breathing, take a hot bath before sleep, use aromatherapy oils or other natural ways to induce sleeping before you reach for those pills. I present to you only 3 things that you should avoid. There are more that you should avoid if you do not wish to be sick, but if you start to use these 3 healthy eating tip starting today, you have done a great deal of thing already. After those things are eliminated, then you might want to go further and be a lot more strict on your diet. However, at the moment reducing those 3 things are quite sufficient. Of course, you need to also avoid illegal drugs, alcohol and cigarettes. I did not put it up there because it is very basic - everybody knows that they are harmful. I do not need to argue that they are useless. I view those as just another form of addictive substance that have wrecked many lives.
