Actually, everybody passes a certain amount of gases, normally 400 to 2000 ml of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and methane everyday. What Should You Do?

Drink After Meals

Only drink 15 minutes after your meal. Do not drink during the meal (including soups) because it will only weaken the digestion process.

This dry feeding regimen is the best way to correct many digestive problems. Yes, the best solution is normally very simple.

Eat Properly

As a general rule of thumb, stop eating before you feel full. You must also make sure you chew everything slowly, thoroughly, and calmly. Eating under stress is a great way to invite stomach problem. It is also a good idea not to eat between meals. Do not overburden your system.

Check the Food

Some people have problem when they eat certain food. Milk for example can cause gas for some people. These people just do not have enough enzyme lactase to digest it. However, if you cut down on milk and still have the problem, milk may not be the culprit. Eat less gasser such as beans, onions, bran and cabbage.

But I Love Beans

If you do not want to get rid of the beans, just make sure you cook it properly. Soak the beans overnight, and then dump the water. Then add new water in; cook the beans for half an hour. Throw the water; put in new water cook it for half an hour. Drain the water, put new one and cook until it's ready to be eaten. Yes! It's tiring -- even to describe the process.
