Sinusitis Home Remedies

- Drink lukewarm water after meals to relieve the throat.
- Add holy basil to your tea. It is very effective in reducing fever.
- Cover your chest and head properly if you are going outside. It is best to avoid cold winds. Also, avoid drinking cold water.
- You can apply ginger paste on your forehead for sinus relief.
- Lemon balm is also helpful. It acts as a natural antivirus, helping you combat sinusitis.
- Oregon graperoot is also beneficial. It kills germs and helps you get rid of sinusitis.
- Ensure that your immune system is strong. Increasing your intake of Vitamin C, leafy green vegetables and carrots will help.
These are all effective home remedies. However, if you do not see any improvement within a few days, make sure to visit a doctor. And do not forget to rest. It will help you get better faster.
